About SSC CGL: The SSC stands for the Staff Selection Commission, which is an organization of India Government that works to recruit skilled candidates for various posts in the several Ministries and Departments of the Government of India as well as Subordinate Offices. SSC conducts CGL (Combined Graduate Level) exam early for the eligible candidates to give opportunity for working in the Staff Selection Commission department.  SSC department headquarter located at New Delhi, India. Candidates, who are eligible as per the given SSC CGL education qualification, only those are allowed to apply online for SSC CGL application from 2017. However, who are not eligible as per the given educational criteria, are not eligible for the SSC CGL Examination 2017. SSC CGL Age Limit :

Candidate’s minimum age should be 18 years and applicants age must be under the decided age criteria as per the SSC CGL 2017 Posts. Age relaxation will be application only for the reserved category candidates as per the Government rule – such as OBC-3 years, SC/ST- 5 years, and PH – 10 years.

SSC CGL 2017 Application Fee – All the candidates (who want to full SSC CGL 2017 Application from) must have to pay 100/- Rupees application fee. Applications may submit the fee through the SBI challan/net banking and credit/debit card. All the Females, SC/ST, PH, Ex-Servicemen applications no need to pay any application fee charge, because SSC has made the CGL application fee exemption for them.

SSC CGL 2017 Exam Pattern :

SSC CGL Tier-I Exam Pattern: – SSC CGL Tier-I exam carries all the objective type question and will be conducted online. It is devided in 4 parts – General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness / knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. The Tier-I exam carries 100 questions and each question take 2 marks. Examination duration is decided for 75 minutes. However, there will be 0.50 marks negative marking of for each wrong answer.

SSC CGL Tier-II Exam Pattern: – SSC CGL Tier-II exam carries all the objective type question and will be conducted online. It is deviced in four Papers. In which 1st and 2nd paper is mandatory for all posts, 3rd paper is only for the Statistical Investigator Gr. II and Compiler post. In addition to, 4th paper is only for the Assistant Audit Officer post. The Tier-II exam carries 200 questions & each question take 2 marks. Examination duration is decided for 2 hours for each paper. However, there will be negative marking for each wrong answer of 0.50 marks for paper 1st, 3rd, 4th and 0.25 for paper 3rd.

SSC CGL Selection Process 2017 includes 4 tiers steps, which are maintained below:-

General Awareness: Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Policy & Scientific Research.

Quantitative Aptitude: The questions will be designed to test the ability of appropriate use of numbers and number sense of the candidate. The scope of the test will be computation of whole numbers, decimals ,fractions and relationships between numbers, Percentage. Ratio & Proportion,Square roots, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Alligation, Time and distance, Time & Work, Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra & Elementary surds, Graphs of Linear Equations, Triangle and its various kinds of centres, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Circle and its chords, tangents, angles subtended by chords of a circle, common tangents to two or more circles, Triangle, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons , Circle, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square base, Trigonometric ratio, Degree and Radian Measures, Standard Identities, Complementary angles, Heights and Distances, Histogram, Frequency polygon, Bar diagram & Pie chart

SSC CGL Admit Card 2017 :

The candidates who have successfully submitted the SSC CGL Application form 2017 from the official website, we want to inform them, the SSC will release the Admit card for the CGL Exam in 2nd week of June 2017. SSC CGL Cut Off 2017 :

Cut-Off marks are the minimum marks required for qualifying the exam. The SSC CGL cut-off marks will be released with the SSC CGL 2017 result declaration. The SSC CGL cut-off 2017 for Tier I and II Exam would depend on the level of paper, the difficulty level of the journal, and number of students appeared for the examination, etc.


SSC CGL Result 2017 :

After the completion of Tier-I exam, the SSC CGL 2017 Result for Tier I will be declared in August 2017 and SSC CGL Tier-II exam result will be announced in November.
